GOLPH3L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GOLPH3L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,506 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOLPH3L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein targeting to Golgi apparatus, Golgi vesicle budding, and Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with GOLPH3L in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLPH3L-to-partner and partner-to-GOLPH3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein targeting to Golgi apparatus grouped by GOLPH3L-low versus GOLPH3L-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLPH3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLPH3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
