GOLPH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLPH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,786 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOLPH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD115-41, RNA5SP413, and RNA5SP205. Each is linked with GOLPH3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLPH3-to-partner and partner-to-GOLPH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD115-41 grouped by GOLPH3-low versus GOLPH3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLPH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLPH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
