GOLM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 696 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOLM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1144P, RNA5SP414, and ANKRD49P3. Each is linked with GOLM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLM1-to-partner and partner-to-GOLM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1144P grouped by GOLM1-low versus GOLM1-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
