Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GOLGA7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GOLGA7 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher GOLGA7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GOLGA7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and UCEC are the cancer types where GOLGA7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
