GOLGA7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLGA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,152 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOLGA7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Neuronal stem cell population maintenance, Regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing, and mRNA alternative polyadenylation. Each is linked with GOLGA7 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA7-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Neuronal stem cell population maintenance grouped by GOLGA7-low versus GOLGA7-high in ACC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLGA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLGA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
