The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher GOLGA6L7 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GOLGA6L7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC, LUSC, and COAD are the cancer types where GOLGA6L7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
