Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GOLGA6L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 433 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GOLGA6L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L6, LY86, and TMEM132C. Each is linked with GOLGA6L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA6L2-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA6L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L6 grouped by GOLGA6L2-low versus GOLGA6L2-high in BREAST.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLGA6L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLGA6L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
