Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GOLGA6L1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GOLGA6L1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher GOLGA6L1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GOLGA6L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and ESCA show a favorable association.
STAD, UCS, and KIRP are the cancer types where GOLGA6L1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
