GOLGA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GOLGA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 550 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOLGA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASZ1, UBE2J2, and HHLA3. Each is linked with GOLGA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA4-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASZ1 grouped by GOLGA4-low versus GOLGA4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLGA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLGA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
