GOLGA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLGA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11,448 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOLGA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, NCOR1, and DNAH7. Each is linked with GOLGA3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA3-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by GOLGA3-low versus GOLGA3-high in SKCM.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLGA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLGA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
