GOLGA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLGA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOLGA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, c-Jun_pS73, and PDCD4. Each is linked with GOLGA3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA3-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by GOLGA3-low versus GOLGA3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLGA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLGA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
