Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GOLGA2P7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GOLGA2P7 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher GOLGA2P7 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GOLGA2P7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and LGG show a favorable association.
LIHC, KICH, and MESO are the cancer types where GOLGA2P7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
