Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLGA2P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,993 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GOLGA2P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Protein acylation, and Protein localization to lysosome. Each is linked with GOLGA2P4 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA2P4-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA2P4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome grouped by GOLGA2P4-low versus GOLGA2P4-high in STAD.
