GOLGA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLGA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOLGA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, MEK1, and MSH2. Each is linked with GOLGA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA2-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by GOLGA2-low versus GOLGA2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLGA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLGA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
