GOLGA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GOLGA2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,994 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOLGA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS13D, ZBTB20, and SPHKAP. Each is linked with GOLGA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA2-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VPS13D grouped by GOLGA2-low versus GOLGA2-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLGA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLGA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
