GOLGA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLGA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,300 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOLGA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC16A, HSP90B1, and FUBP3. Each is linked with GOLGA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA1-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GOLGA1 versus SEC16A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLGA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLGA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
