Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GNRHR Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GNRHR data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher GNRHR Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GNRHR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, UCS, and GBM are the cancer types where GNRHR Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
