Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GNRH2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GNRH2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher GNRH2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GNRH2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where GNRH2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
