GNRH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNRH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNRH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD1OR15-1A, SERF1A, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with GNRH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNRH1-to-partner and partner-to-GNRH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD1OR15-1A grouped by GNRH1-low versus GNRH1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNRH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNRH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
