GNRH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNRH1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNRH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ Tem, Endothelial cells, and Basophils. Each is linked with GNRH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNRH1-to-partner and partner-to-GNRH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD4+ Tem grouped by GNRH1-low versus GNRH1-high in ESCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNRH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNRH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
