Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GNPTG Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GNPTG data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher GNPTG Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GNPTG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, HNSC, and COAD are the cancer types where GNPTG Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
