GNPAT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNPAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNPAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBR1, TMSB4Y, and ACSM6. Each is linked with GNPAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNPAT-to-partner and partner-to-GNPAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBR1 grouped by GNPAT-low versus GNPAT-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNPAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNPAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
