GNL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,413 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS25P1, RPS8P6, and RPL29P22. Each is linked with GNL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNL3-to-partner and partner-to-GNL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VPS25P1 grouped by GNL3-low versus GNL3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
