Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,398 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 'de novo' IMP biosynthetic process, Endonucleolytic cleavage of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Nucleosome disassembly. Each is linked with GNL3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNL3-to-partner and partner-to-GNL3 results are reported.
