GNL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXI2, KRT25, and AVP. Each is linked with GNL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNL3-to-partner and partner-to-GNL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXI2 grouped by GNL3-low versus GNL3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
