Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNL2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,543 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNL2P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-containing complex disassembly, Establishment of protein localization to membrane, and Golgi organization. Each is linked with GNL2P1 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNL2P1-to-partner and partner-to-GNL2P1 results are reported.
