GNL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, p62 Lck ligand, and TFRC. Each is linked with GNL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNL2-to-partner and partner-to-GNL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by GNL2-low versus GNL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
