Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,102 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Positive regulation of termination of RNA polymerase II transcription, poly(A)-coupled, and Negative regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with GNL1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNL1-to-partner and partner-to-GNL1 results are reported.
