Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GNG4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GNG4 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher GNG4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GNG4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, READ, and BLCA are the cancer types where GNG4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
