GNG4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNG4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,363 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNG4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Negative regulation of adaptive immune response based on somatic recombination of immune receptors built from immunoglobulin superfamily domains, and Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter. Each is linked with GNG4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNG4-to-partner and partner-to-GNG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression grouped by GNG4-low versus GNG4-high in SKIN.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
