GNG12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNG12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,427 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNG12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNG12_S49, SNX7, and SSH3. Each is linked with GNG12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNG12-to-partner and partner-to-GNG12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNG12 versus GNG12_S49 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNG12→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNG12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
