GNG12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNG12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,095 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNG12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51AP1, TIMELESS, and CDCA3. Each is linked with GNG12 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNG12-to-partner and partner-to-GNG12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNG12 versus RAD51AP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNG12→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNG12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
