GNG12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNG12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNG12-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, S6_pS240_S244, and Tuberin_pT1462. Each is linked with GNG12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNG12-to-partner and partner-to-GNG12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by GNG12-low versus GNG12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNG12→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNG12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
