GNG10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNG10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,170 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNG10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Citrate metabolic process, Cap-dependent translational initiation, and Regulation of Cdc42 protein signal transduction. Each is linked with GNG10 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNG10-to-partner and partner-to-GNG10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Citrate metabolic process grouped by GNG10-low versus GNG10-high in UCS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNG10→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNG10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
