GNE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,595 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APTX, MUC4, and TBX2_S360. Each is linked with GNE in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNE-to-partner and partner-to-GNE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNE versus APTX in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNE→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
