GNE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNE mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,446 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNE-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2J1, GLYATL1, and IQCC. Each is linked with GNE in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNE-to-partner and partner-to-GNE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE2J1 grouped by GNE-low versus GNE-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNE→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
