GNB4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,150 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNB4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are QKI, TOM1L1, and ADPRH. Each is linked with GNB4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNB4-to-partner and partner-to-GNB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNB4 versus QKI in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
