GNB4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNB4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,425 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL13, CTLA4, and CXCL11. Each is linked with GNB4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNB4-to-partner and partner-to-GNB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CXCL13 grouped by GNB4-low versus GNB4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
