The most reproducible GNB4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle, and Mitotic sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with GNB4 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNB4-to-partner and partner-to-GNB4 results are reported.
