GNB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,405 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP229, RNU6-907P, and RNU6-767P. Each is linked with GNB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNB2-to-partner and partner-to-GNB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP229 grouped by GNB2-low versus GNB2-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
