Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GNB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF7, GPR101, and PRAMEF4. Each is linked with GNB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNB2-to-partner and partner-to-GNB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF7 grouped by GNB2-low versus GNB2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
