GNB1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNB1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,533 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNB1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Metaphase/anaphase transition of mitotic cell cycle, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, and Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure. Each is linked with GNB1L in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNB1L-to-partner and partner-to-GNB1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNB1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNB1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
