GNAT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNAT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,961 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L1, KRT18P50, and MED28P1. Each is linked with GNAT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNAT3-to-partner and partner-to-GNAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
