GNAT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNAT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LBHD2, OR2V1, and C1orf68. Each is linked with GNAT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNAT3-to-partner and partner-to-GNAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
