GNAT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,911 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNAT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSD1_S483, VPS13C_S737, and AHNAK_S5593. Each is linked with GNAT2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNAT2-to-partner and partner-to-GNAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNAT2 versus NSD1_S483 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
