GNAT1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 431 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP448, RNU6-203P, and VTRNA2-1. Each is linked with GNAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNAT1-to-partner and partner-to-GNAT1 results are reported.
