Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tem and Adipocytes. Each is linked with GNAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNAT1-to-partner and partner-to-GNAT1 results are reported.
