GNAS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,142 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLE2, BNIP1, and PSMB6. Each is linked with GNAS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNAS-to-partner and partner-to-GNAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLE2 grouped by GNAS-low versus GNAS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
