GNAQ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNAQ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,571 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNAQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTGES, RAB36, and KCTD17. Each is linked with GNAQ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNAQ-to-partner and partner-to-GNAQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTGES grouped by GNAQ-low versus GNAQ-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNAQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNAQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
