GNAQ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNAQ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNAQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCD, OR2AJ1, and KRTAP4-1. Each is linked with GNAQ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNAQ-to-partner and partner-to-GNAQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCD grouped by GNAQ-low versus GNAQ-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNAQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNAQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
